The service
PrepDossier creates research-based interview-preparation material for the company, role, and stage you provide. It is an independent preparation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any employer named in a dossier.
No guarantee
Dossiers are directional guidance assembled from public sources and automated analysis. Sources may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Verify important claims yourself. PrepDossier does not guarantee a particular interview question, hiring decision, or employment outcome.
Eligibility and your responsibilities
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement, provide lawful and accurate inputs, protect your account, and use the service only for legitimate personal preparation. Do not upload confidential information, scrape or resell dossiers, interfere with the service, or use it to misrepresent your identity or experience.
Orders, credits, and prices
A credit purchases one dossier generation. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. The pack, total price, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before you authorize payment. Web payments are processed by Stripe. Purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple.
Immediate digital performance and withdrawal
When you spend a credit, you expressly ask PrepDossier to begin creating personalized digital content immediately. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal right, you acknowledge that this right may be lost once supply of the digital content has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Refunds
If our quality controls find too little reliable public research to produce the promised result, the credit is returned automatically. For billing errors or another refund request, contact support@prepdossier.com with the account email and payment date. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Generated content
You may use your dossier for personal interview preparation. PrepDossier and its licensors retain rights in the service, design, software, and underlying materials. You remain responsible for how you use generated content.
Availability and changes
We may improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
